| Control blow-by gas generated in engine combustion process. Engine response & torque increased as well as reduction in shift shock. In the crankcase of a reciprocating engine, non combustible gases (generally called blowby gas) is always generated during the combustion stroke. The CUSCO Reduce Lead Valve works to control this blowby gas properly and reduces the load on the engine to improve the engine response and torque. In addition, the shift shock is reduced and the noise of the engine is also reduced to achieve a higher level of smoothness and a better sporty driving experience. The 1 way valve opens and closes in response to crank pulsation reducing the pressure inside the crankcase which in turn reduces the rotational resistance of the crank. By using a reed type valve system, the flow of the blowby gas is not obstructed, which is different from conventional slide valve systems.
